Want to exercise but don't like jumping around?

Pilates is a toning class that uses standing and floor work to obtain a leaner, stronger body, more shapely limbs and a wonderful sense of vitality and wellbeing. Pilates is all about precision and control. Each exercise is done in a smooth, steady sequence. This emphasis means you can have a uniquely challenging workout with long lasting results that will enrich every aspect of your daily life.

What does Pilates do?

- It will improve your posture & give you more energy
- Condition & exercise your whole body with fun, new exercises.
- Specifically designed to concentrate on strengthening and toning your mid section tummy and back.
- Strengthen your improving back.
- Releases stress. Focus your energy on the moves and you'll find your daily worries float away.

- Pilates is designed for everyone
- New to exercise? Great Pilates is a gentle introduction. Attend 15mins early for a chat or come along and watch!
- Fit? Pilates can help tone specific parts of your body - abdominal area.
- Back ache? Pilates will help strengthen your back

What do I bring?

Wear loose comfortable clothing and bring a towel, mats & equipment are supplied.
Pilates Band is required; if you don't have one you can purchase one from Adele £6

£33.00 for a 6 Week Course.
